       ÂResponsibilities - Sales Consultant:
   Â· Be the first point of contact for customers as they arrive on the lot
   Â· Create engaging social media posts to drive customer traffic
   Â· Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by staying current on inventory
   Â· Demonstrate vehicle features and options
   Â· Answer questions about financing, warranties, and maintenance plans
   Â· Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and referrals
   Â· Inspect lot vehicles daily and report issues to management
   Â· Assist in merchandising the lot for maximum sales impact

       ÂQualifications:
   Â· High school diploma or equivalent
   Â· Proven sales experience preferred
   Â· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   Â· Valid driver's license with satisfactory motor vehicle report
   Â· Experience working with the public, selling or influencing others, and using phone, email, and social media professionally
   Â· Cooperative spirit and professional appearance
   Â· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
