Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly Sales and Finance performance goals.

• Train, coach, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve dealership objectives.

• Recruit, interview, and hire top-performing sales professionals.

• Assist sales consultants in setting and achieving aggressive monthly sales goals.

• Conduct sales meetings and ongoing training to improve team performance.

• Ensure the sales team is informed of current inventory, incentives, and advertising campaigns.

• Oversee vehicle appraisals, reconditioning, merchandising, and wholesale activities.

• Present finance and insurance products that best protect the customer's investment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.

• Process finance and lease transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with all dealership, lender, state, and federal regulations.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by dealership management.

Responsibilities - Service Technician:

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia and other makes of vehicles to manufacturer standards

· Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, and inspections

· Manage advanced diagnostic equipment and resources in order to accurately diagnose customer concerns

· Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status

· Document all work performed and recommend additional repairs or maintenance as needed

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment

· Adhere to safety and compliance protocols at all times

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of experience is required

· ASE certification preferred - we pay for certification

· Familiarity with Kia systems a plus, but not required - training available

· Transmission experience is a bonus

· Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus

· High school diploma or GED

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
