General Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

        
               
  • Oversee variable operations - work with sales and finance managers to ensure monthly objectives are met and exceeded
  •            
  • Oversee fixed operations - collaborate with service and parts managers to achieve department goals
  •            
  • Manage the business office - support the office manager in enforcing financial policies and procedures
  •            
  • Train, lead, manage, track, and motivate department leaders and staff
  •            
  • Recruit, interview, and hire dealership personnel across departments

  • It's all about taking care of the customers! Be the first point of contact for the customers as they arrive on the lot
